Stress Issues
Exercise is very important to relieving stress because it produces endorphins in the body. These endorphins produce a “feel good” attitude in the body so exercising 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day is an important element of your stress reduction program. Here are some stress relieving tips: You can do any type of physical activity you enjoy, as long as it gets your heart rate and breathing rate up. Try walking, biking, sports, swimming, jogging, dancing, roller blading, running, tennis and yard work. Exercise and guided relaxing meditation are my top ways of relieving stress. People are usually surprised to find out I’m 41 years old as I look like I’m in my late 20s.
